Welcome to Strong Steeple. By accessing or using our website and apps, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use Strong Steeple.

1. Who we are

Strong Steeple is a platform that helps churches share information, events, groups, and messages with their communities.

2. Eligibility

The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under 13, you may not use Strong Steeple. If you are 13–17, please use the app only with a parent or guardian’s consent.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details secure. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. User‑generated content (UGC)

Church admins and members may post content (e.g., messages, group posts, event info). You are solely responsible for the content you post. Do not post anything illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, infringing, spammy, or misleading. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

5. Reporting and moderation

If you see content that violates these terms, please report it to us. We will review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts at our discretion. For urgent issues or legal requests, contact us at support@strongsteeple.co.za.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the content you submit. By posting, you grant Strong Steeple a license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely for operating the service.

7. Prohibited uses

Do not attempt to interfere with the service, access other users’ data without permission, reverse engineer, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Strong Steeple, you consent to our data practices.

9. Disclaimers

We provide the service “as is” without warranties. We do not endorse or control user‑generated content and are not responsible for it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
